I'm an eighteen year old high school student from Dracut, Massachusetts who one day aspires to work in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the editor-in-chief of both my high school newspaper and yearbook, I've always had a love for fashion and a newly discovered passion for publishing. I'm a dreamer and I want the world to know my name someday. Whether I'm covering a runway show or writing a fashion column, I know my opinion will be heard. I modeled in Fall 2010 for Maria Dionisiou in Brooklyn, NY. The experience helped me relate to models and showed me another side of the fashion industry that I usually see from a writer’s perspective. I’ve been recognized by The Boston Globe Magazine as one of “Boston’s Top Bloggers” in the March 2012 spring style publication alongside six other Boston bloggers. I also write a weekly fashion column for the Lowell Sun newspaper and have my own page on the Huffington Post, dedicated to writing about style and entertainment news. The spotlight from the feature is still shining, as many people comment on seeing it themselves. Interested in PR and writing, my ultimate goal is to work in New York City at one of the world's leading fashion magazines or fashion houses. Style is something that I've always held close and never forgotten to bring with me. I indulge in Harper's Bazaar, ELLE, Womenswear Daily, NY Time Fashion, Huffington Post Style, and Vogue to get my daily dose of fashion. I love to shop and take risks with the latest trends; originality is my best friend. Expressing my individuality through fashion is why I live, and what I would die for.
