Beauty Secrets

Beauty isn't just found within one's clothing or fashion, but their own personal style. This may include their attitude, stress level, self esteem and also their physical beauty. To improve all of these aspects of beauty, a woman must be positive and follow some simple rules to achieve perfection! It takes patience and perseverance to be content with your beauty, but we must try and look past our imperfections and recognize the things we love about ourselves. Take the good with the bad, and search for the beauty within your imperfections. In my opinion, there is no such thing as an imperfection- it's something that has perfection, but we must search for it. Here are some secrets and tips that will help you relax, find your beauty and cherish it!

1.) Eat Right! Hydrate your skin by eating—three to five times a week—foods filled with the essential fatty acids found in walnuts, flaxseed, salmon, and olive oil.
2.) Oil Up! Moisturize cuticles with olive oil by applying a dab to each nail bed. You can also use the product in place of shaving cream, and to remove eye makeup.
3.) Take A Deep Breath! Since stress increases the body’s production of hormones that can decrease the skin’s ability to fight off acne-causing bacteria, practice stress-management techniques, like yoga, deep breathing, and meditation. This can help conditions such as acne, psoriasis, rosacea, and seborrhea.
4.) Say Sionara To Spots! To diminish age spots, pick moisturizers that contain soy, an ingredient that helps fade excess pigment.
5.) Confidence! Don't ever forget to wear your confidence. Not only will it make you feel better about yourself, but you will send out positive vibes to those around you.
6.) Beauty Sleep! Sleep is ESSENTIAL. I can't stress it enough. I know that when I don't sleep enough, I can see it in my face. Sleeping is not only necessary to be alert, but your skin will look and feel better if you sleep a decent amount of hours. It will help prevent acne and stress!
7.) Don't Touch Cigarettes With a Ten Foot Pole! Smoking is possibly the worst thing you can do for your skin. It will cause wrinkles and/or a smoker's line near your mouth. Not only is bad for you internally, but your teeth will start to turn yellow along with your fingernails and your skin won't EVER be the same.
